Pickle N Pins is looking for a motivated and friendly Activity Staff – Team Lead to join our team! In this role, you’ll take the lead in supporting our activity team and ensuring guests have an unforgettable time enjoying arcade games, duckpin bowling, darts, axe throwing, and more.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support the activity staff during daily operations.
Greet and assist guests with using various activities and equipment.
Provide guidance and training to team members to maintain a high level of service.
Demonstrate and explain how to play arcade games, duckpin bowling, darts, axe throwing, and other attractions.
Monitor activity areas to ensure a safe, fun, and welcoming environment.
Assist with handling guest concerns and resolving issues in a professional, positive manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all activity spaces.
Collaborate with management to support scheduling, shift planning, and team coordination.
Help plan and execute group events, parties, and special experiences.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Comfortable learning and teaching the rules and operation of various activities.
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment preferred.
Previous supervisory or team lead experience is a plus.
