Activity Staff

Pickle N Pins is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Activity Staff Team Members to join our team! In this role, you’ll assist guests with a range of exciting activities, including arcade games, duckpin bowling, darts, axe throwing, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with using various activities and equipment.
• Provide instructions and demonstrations for arcade games, duckpin bowling, darts, axe throwing, and other entertainment options.
• Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests by monitoring activity areas and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in activity areas.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and explain the rules and operation of different activities.
• Friendly and energetic with a passion for creating a fun environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous experience in a customer service or entertainment role is a plus.
