Line Cook

You’ll work as part of a fast-paced kitchen team, ensuring each dish is prepared to specification and meets Pickle N Pins’ quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and strong food safety awareness to help create a great dining experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items following Pickle N Pins recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared quickly, accurately, and safely during busy service periods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout each shift.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations and company policies.
- Assist with prep work, restocking, and closing duties as needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service.
- Monitor food quality and freshness, reporting any issues to the Kitchen Manager or Chef.
- Support a positive, respectful kitchen culture built around teamwork and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred; training available for the right candidate
- Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail
